We're looking for a web developer who can wear multiple hats. This isn't a heads-down coding-only role. You'll build features, but also lead the technical direction of projects, communicate directly with clients, and make architecture decisions. Some weeks are heavy coding, other weeks are more about planning, client calls, and guiding the project forward. Strong programming fundamentals (JavaScript, C#, Python, one of these) are a must. Experience with React, Node.js, or modern frameworks is a plus but not required. What matters most is that you can own a project, communicate clearly, and deliver.
We're looking for a senior frontend developer who takes real ownership of the UI layer. You'll work across multiple client projects — building responsive interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers. Strong command of React and TypeScript is required. Experience with Next.js and design systems is a big plus. You care about pixel-perfect results and can translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code.
We're hiring a full-stack developer to work on both client-facing products and internal tools. You'll build APIs, design database schemas, and ship polished frontend features — often on the same day. Comfort across the stack is essential. We use Node.js and React primarily, with PostgreSQL on the data side. If you enjoy solving end-to-end problems and don't have a strong preference for one side of the stack, this role is for you.
We're looking for a designer who is as comfortable with strategy as they are with pixels. You'll work across branding, product design, and UX — creating interfaces that are both beautiful and functional. Proficiency in Figma is required. You'll collaborate directly with engineers and clients, so strong communication matters. Bonus points if you understand the basics of how your designs get implemented in code.

You don't need a technical background, but you do need to understand what web development agencies do and how to communicate the value we deliver. Prior experience in B2B sales or agency business development is strongly preferred.
