About the Role
We're hiring a full-stack developer to work on both client-facing products and internal tools. You'll build APIs, design database schemas, and ship polished frontend features — often on the same day.
If you enjoy solving end-to-end problems and don't have a strong preference for one side of the stack, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services with Node.js
- Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries
- Ship frontend features with React, integrating cleanly with APIs
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
- Contribute to architecture decisions on new projects
- Participate in code reviews and uphold quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
- Comfortable with React on the frontend — not just copy-pasting components
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Able to own tasks end-to-end without constant guidance
- Reliable communicator who keeps projects moving forward
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript across the full stack
- Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments
- Prior work in an agency or multi-project environment
