About the Role
We're looking for a web developer who can wear multiple hats. This isn't a heads-down coding-only role. You'll build features, but also lead the technical direction of projects, communicate directly with clients, and make architecture decisions.
Some weeks are heavy coding, other weeks are more about planning, client calls, and guiding the project forward. What matters most is that you can own a project, communicate clearly, and deliver.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship product features across web projects
- Lead the technical direction and architecture of client projects
- Communicate directly with clients โ calls, planning, status updates
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions that balance quality and speed
- Guide and review work when collaborating with other engineers
- Help scope projects and break down technical requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in at least one of: JavaScript, C#, or Python
- Experience with React, Node.js, or modern frameworks is a plus โ but not required
- Comfortable owning a project end-to-end, not just executing tasks
- Clear communicator who can explain technical things to non-technical people
- Self-directed and reliable โ you don't need hand-holding to get things done
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a tech lead or senior IC role
- Experience working directly with clients or in an agency environment
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
What We Offer
- Fully remote โ work from anywhere
- High-ownership role with real decision-making power
- Fast-moving team without layers of bureaucracy
- Annual learning budget for courses, books, and conferences
- Competitive compensation based on experience
