About the Role
We're growing and need someone to help us grow faster. You'll identify and close new client opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and represent Crossfield in conversations with ambitious founders and companies.
You don't need a technical background, but you do need to understand what web development agencies do and how to communicate the value we deliver.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Lead discovery calls and scope conversations with prospective clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and referral networks
- Collaborate with the team to craft compelling proposals
- Represent Crossfield at industry events and online communities
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in B2B sales or agency business development (strongly preferred)
- Understanding of what digital agencies do and how to communicate that value
- Confident, clear communicator โ on calls, in writing, and in proposals
- Self-motivated and results-driven โ you don't need a manager to push you
- Able to build genuine relationships, not just close deals
Nice to Have
- Existing network of founders, product managers, or marketing leaders
- Experience selling web development, design, or tech services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales tooling
